Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff daily, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy in stock levels
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Coordinate receiving, putaway, and shipping operations to meet daily targets
- Implement lean practices to reduce processing time by 15% quarterly
- Manage warehouse technology including WMS and RF scanners
- Collaborate with transportation team to ensure on-time deliveries
- Generate performance reports for continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience in distribution centers
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proven track record in reducing operational costs by 10%+
- Advanced proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan)
