Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping
- Lead and develop team of 15+ warehouse associates through training and performance coaching
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and maintain 5S standards
- Analyze KPIs to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cost reduction
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle count procedures
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in distribution or fulfillment
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and inventory control principles
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification required
