Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Train, schedule, and lead 15+ warehouse associates to maximize productivity and safety
- Implement lean principles to optimize workflows and reduce operational costs
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a zero-accident safety culture
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS audits
- Collaborate with transportation team on dock scheduling and load planning
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience with WMS proficiency
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training required
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI-driven environments
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams in high-volume operations
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with SAP or Oracle inventory management systems
