Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 8-12 warehouse associates in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols while achieving productivity targets
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system management
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows with procurement, transportation, and quality control teams
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for continuous improvement initiatives
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and implement process enhancements
- Manage facility maintenance and equipment scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with inventory management systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends/evenings as operational needs require
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
