Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and fulfillment processes
- Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize losses
- Coordinate with logistics team for efficient shipping/receiving and vendor communications
- Enforce OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, organized work environment
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements
- Prepare performance reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven leadership skills with ability to train and motivate teams
- Forklift certification and strong knowledge of warehouse safety protocols
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., WMS software)
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
