Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and inventory control systems
- Coordinate receiving, storing, and shipping of goods using WMS software
- Conduct daily performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex matters to management
- Generate daily/weekly reports on productivity and inventory accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics/supply chain
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends as needed)
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
