Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10+ warehouse associates, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Collaborate with transportation and purchasing departments to meet delivery timelines
- Manage equipment maintenance and ensure OSHA compliance standards are met
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory control software
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Forklift certification and valid Florida driver's license
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
