Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Train, supervise, and motivate 20+ warehouse staff to achieve performance targets
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and inventory control procedures
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling and load planning
- Generate performance reports and implement corrective actions for operational improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in a fast-paced distribution environment
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation proficiency
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory management software
- Proven ability to lead teams and achieve KPIs in safety, productivity, and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and process optimization
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in logistics preferred
