Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
- Optimize inventory management systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy targets
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities with transportation and inventory teams
- Conduct performance reviews, training programs, and disciplinary actions as needed
- Analyze operational metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and safety inspections
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in warehouse/supervisory role with 2+ years in leadership capacity
- Expert knowledge of WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan preferred)
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation experience mandatory
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and reporting
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
