Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates to maximize productivity and safety
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with transportation and purchasing teams for inventory replenishment
- Generate performance reports and analyze KPIs for continuous optimization
- Resolve operational challenges proactively and maintain quality standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory control software
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management success
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Forklift certification and knowledge of warehouse equipment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
