Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise 15+ warehouse associates to ensure operational excellence and productivity targets
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols, achieving zero-incident workplace standards
- Optimize inventory management systems, including cycle counts and WMS operations
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows with shipping, receiving, and transportation teams
- Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events and process automation
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for executive review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume distribution centers
- OSHA 30 certification and Forklift Operator certification required
- Proven expertise in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in inventory reduction methodologies
- Exceptional leadership abilities with conflict resolution expertise
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
