Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10+ warehouse staff to ensure optimal productivity and safety compliance
- Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory with 99.5% accuracy
- Implement lean warehouse practices to reduce processing time by 15%
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling and load optimization
- Conduct daily safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance documentation
- Utilimize WMS systems for inventory tracking and reporting
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with proven leadership metrics
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and reporting
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with crisis management experience
