Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates with performance coaching
- Implement lean practices to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system audits
- Develop and maintain SOP documentation for all warehouse processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expert knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proven ability to optimize warehouse layouts and workflows
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI reporting
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
