Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and procedures
- Optimize inventory control systems and reduce shrinkage
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Generate performance reports and operational metrics
- Conduct regular team training and development sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment proficiency
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
