Responsibilities
- Direct and optimize daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse staff through performance coaching
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to achieve zero-incident workplace culture
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient dock scheduling and load management
- Conduct inventory audits and implement cycle counting procedures
- Utilize WMS systems to monitor KPIs and process improvements
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and ensure proper handling protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and inventory management
- Strong problem-solving abilities with lean manufacturing knowledge
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse equipment
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
