Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor 15+ team members with performance metrics and coaching
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes using WMS technology
- Collaborate with transportation teams for seamless logistics coordination
- Conduct cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy >99.5%
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma)
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- Proficiency in WMS (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience with automation systems (AS/RS, conveyors)
