Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and fulfillment processes
- Implement lean inventory management systems to optimize accuracy and efficiency
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates through performance coaching
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with logistics teams for timely transportation and delivery scheduling
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Manhattan) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Associates degree in logistics or related field preferred
