Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and fulfillment with 99% accuracy
- Lead, train, and motivate 15+ team members to achieve productivity targets
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulations
- Optimize inventory management systems and WMS software utilization
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Resolve operational challenges and implement process enhancements
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30-Hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle) and MS Office
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong analytical skills for inventory optimization and KPI monitoring
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- College degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred
