Responsibilities
- Direct daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Train, motivate, and supervise 15+ warehouse staff to achieve productivity goals
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliations
- Optimize workflow efficiency using lean methodologies
- Coordinate with logistics teams for seamless transportation scheduling
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and inventory systems
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
