Responsibilities
- Supervise 10+ warehouse staff including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement lean warehouse practices
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate with logistics team for efficient inbound/outbound operations
- Conduct daily inspections and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Manage equipment maintenance and safety protocols
- Resolve operational challenges and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in logistics/distribution
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Strong inventory management and WMS software proficiency
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with SAP or Oracle inventory systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
