Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and fulfillment processes
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement and optimize inventory control systems to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling and freight movement
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance protocols
- Manage warehouse technology systems (WMS, RF scanners) for data-driven decisions
- Develop continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance throughput
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced distribution environments
- Proven expertise in inventory management systems (WMS) and warehouse automation
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety management credentials
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational KPIs and metrics
- Excellent leadership abilities with conflict resolution and team development experience
- Forklift certification and familiarity with material handling equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
