Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor 15+ team members on safety protocols and productivity standards
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure OSHA compliance across all operations
- Collaborate with logistics team on inventory forecasting and space utilization
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and forlift operator certifications
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- OSHA 30-hour certification and Forklift Operator certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in inventory management and cycle counting
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-volume environments
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and hazardous material handling
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
