Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and develop a team of 10-15 warehouse associates through coaching and performance management
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance standards and safety protocols
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Analyze operational metrics to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with procurement, transportation, and sales teams
- Conduct regular audits and ensure accurate documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced logistics environments
- Proficiency in WMS platforms and inventory management systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Experience with remote team coordination and digital communication tools
