Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and supervise 10-15 team members on safety protocols and procedures
- Implement lean practices to maximize space utilization and minimize waste
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely deliveries
- Generate performance reports and identify improvement opportunities
- Manage equipment maintenance and forklift operator certification
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10/30 training preferred
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Experience with inventory control and audit processes
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
