Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ warehouse staff to ensure efficient daily operations
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless loading/unloading processes
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Forklift certification and equipment maintenance knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with DC regulatory compliance standards
