Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and supervise 10-15 warehouse staff on safety procedures
- Implement lean inventory management systems
- Conduct regular safety audits and compliance checks
- Optimize workflow using WMS software (SAP experience preferred)
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely deliveries
- Prepare monthly performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Spanish bilingual preferred
