Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and train 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Address operational challenges and resolve staff conflicts
- Generate performance reports and KPI metrics for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in distribution/logistics
- OSHA certification and strong safety compliance knowledge
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Forklift certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
