Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Enforce OSHA compliance and maintain a zero-accident safety culture
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound operations
- Implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase throughput
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance coordination
- Generate performance reports for senior leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
