Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and manage team of 10+ warehouse associates
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory control and accuracy systems
- Coordinate with transportation and production departments
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching
- Generate operational reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
