Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Conduct safety training and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Manage inbound/outbound logistics, including receiving and shipping processes
- Utilize WMS software to track inventory and generate reports
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a temperature-controlled environment
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Forklift certification required
