Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks and ensuring productivity targets are met
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry regulations
- Optimize inventory management systems including cycle counts and stock rotation
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and manage third-party logistics partners
- Train and develop team members on warehouse equipment and procedures
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics environments
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Proven ability to manage teams and resolve operational conflicts
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
