Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and safety standards are met.
- Manage and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to guarantee timely delivery.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse staff and forklift operators.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS and conduct regular stock audits.
- Enforce strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar logistics role.
- Valid forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team under pressure.
- Proficient in reading shipping logs, bills of lading, and inventory reports.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
