Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards to maintain a secure working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and improve accuracy.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely shipping and delivery schedules.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Optimize warehouse layouts and workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Forklift certification and working knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
