Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, conducting performance reviews and training.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to streamline shipping and receiving processes.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
- Valid Forklift certification and OSHA safety training.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands.
