Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Mentor and lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Supervise loading, unloading, and shipping activities to meet delivery deadlines.
- Train new hires on equipment usage, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Driver’s license preferred but not mandatory.
