Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and lead a team of 10+ warehouse associates on equipment usage and safety protocols
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize losses
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate with vendors for repairs
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
