Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure accurate inventory control using WMS technology and provided scanning equipment
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety standards with company-provided PPE and safety gear
- Optimize workflow efficiency using company-owned forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors
- Coordinate receiving, storing, and shipping operations with provided industrial equipment
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling for company assets
- Generate performance reports using provided digital tools and analytics platforms
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with equipment operation background
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain with company-provided training)
- Proficiency in WMS software and inventory management systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse machinery
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
