Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping with provided equipment
- Train and supervise 15+ team members on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Implement OSHA standards and maintain flawless safety records with supplied protective gear
- Optimize inventory accuracy using provided WMS technology and RF scanners
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with provided communication systems
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using provided productivity tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience with equipment operation
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with provided WMS and RF scanning technology
- Proven leadership in high-volume distribution environments
- Forklift certification (provided if not current)
- Strong analytical skills for inventory optimization
- Ability to work flexible shifts with provided transportation options
