Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement lean principles to optimize inventory control and order fulfillment
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance coordination
- Ensure OSHA compliance and promote a zero-accident safety culture
- Manage warehouse layout and workflow improvements
- Generate performance reports and KPI analysis for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Valid forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
