Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Manage inventory control systems, including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Train team on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) provided by company
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Coordinate shipping/receiving processes and resolve logistics issues
- Implement process improvements using provided WMS technology
- Conduct performance reviews and foster team development
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Valid forklift certification (equipment training provided if needed)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a temperature-controlled environment
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred
