- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution activities
- Train and supervise staff in equipment operation and safety protocols
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain accuracy and minimize loss
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS and inventory management software
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred
