Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and manage team of warehouse associates to meet productivity targets
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Implement inventory control procedures using provided WMS technology
- Coordinate with transportation team for seamless logistics flow
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate performance reports and process improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Forklift certification (provided if needed)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Experience with warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, etc.)
