Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, ensuring timely processing of 500+ daily orders
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety standards with zero-tolerance policy
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies weekly
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to maximize efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation team for seamless dock scheduling
- Generate performance reports and recommend operational improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and proficiency with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Proven ability to manage inventory accuracy within 99.5% tolerance
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied temperature conditions
- Associate's degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred
