Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
- Train and supervise staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control systems and reporting accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Conduct performance reviews and foster a productive team culture
- Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
