Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and manage team members using provided modern equipment (RF scanners, forklifts, etc.)
- Implement lean practices to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols with provided safety gear
- Conduct regular inventory audits using provided technology systems
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with equipment operation expertise
- OSHA certification and familiarity with warehouse safety protocols
- Proficiency in WMS software and provided inventory management tools
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development record
- Ability to operate provided equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, etc.) safely
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
