Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping operations while maintaining accurate inventory records
- Enforce strict OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
- Utilize provided WMS software and material handling equipment to maintain operational excellence
- Manage inventory controls and conduct cycle counts to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless transportation coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with proven team leadership
- Forklift certification and proficiency with provided warehouse equipment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and inventory control systems
- Experience with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and warehouse technology
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
