Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise team members on equipment operation (forklifts, scanners, pallet jacks)
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize workflows using provided WMS technology and automated systems
- Conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced environments
- Certification in OSHA safety standards and equipment operation
- Proficiency in WMS software and inventory management systems
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Proven track record in reducing operational costs and improving efficiency
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Valid forklift certification (equipment training provided)
