Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks and ensuring productivity targets are met
- Manage inbound/outbound logistics, including receiving, storing, and shipping operations
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to achieve OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS software and conduct cycle counts
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation and best practices
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
