Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Supervise and train warehouse staff on equipment operation, safety protocols, and procedures
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Optimize workflow processes to maximize productivity and minimize costs
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license
