Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and supervise 10+ staff members using provided equipment
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory management using WMS technology
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely deliveries
- Conduct performance reviews and foster team development
- Resolve operational challenges using provided diagnostic tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (equipment provided for recertification)
- Proficiency in WMS and inventory management systems
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA safety certification preferred
- Ability to operate provided warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks)
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field
